Quick Apply Full-time 6 hours ago Full Job Description DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR Reports to the Executive Director REBOOT Recovery (REBOOT)is a Christian faith-based non-profit 501(c)3 organization that exists to help people overcome trauma through small group courses around the world.
EXPLANATION OF DUTIES Our organization will be able to serve more hurting families with a Development Coordinator who will strengthen our organization and increase the impact of our work by cultivating and nurturing REBOOT's supporters through exceptional communication and stewardship.
This position will build strong relationships with individuals, foundations, and corporations and will manage various fundraising efforts including targeted campaign efforts, events, and grant-writing.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Build relationships with individuals, corporations, and foundations as assigned by the Executive Director to steward and nurture donors to increase giving levels Architect and develop donor communications strategy to increase engagement Write and schedule email fundraising campaigns Build fundraising automation workflows and monitor data to improve donor engagement Maintain donor records, recognize trends and make recommendations to staff Communicate with lapsed donors and renew engagement Design assets for fundraising campaign including sponsorship decks, landing pages and social graphics Maintain pipeline of grants including application and reporting due dates and quarterly check-ins Research and write charitable grant proposals and collaborate with the Executive Director to ensure timely and accurate grant reporting Identify and connect with potential event sponsors Ensure that all donor information and gifts are recorded and that the donation acknowledgement process is efficient and timely Maintain monthly dashboard of reporting significant donor activity Answer donor and staff inquiries in a timely fashion Assist organization in executing fundraising events REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years of experience in fundraising or similar sales role Bachelor's degree (preferred) Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
Writing sample will be required Demonstrated success in fundraising or sales Knowledge of Donor database or similar systems, Apple pages and Google docs Graphic and web design experience a plus (photoshop, clickfunnels) TO APPLY:
